Created and secured various Amazon Web Services Virtual Private Cloud for various commercial and non-profit clients.

  Advised the Coordinator to identify and deliver solutions in cloud computing and acquisition strategy, agile software development methods, and open-source approaches to support public engagement and advance President Obama’s foreign policy objectives globally over various digital platforms

  Directed 15 staff and 30 contractors through Salesforce CRM platform acquisition and delivery including: budget formulation, contract management, licensing & hosting, encryption & development services. Crafted $15M budget projected over 5 years 

  Accomplishments / Implemented the Salesforce platform for Presidential Correspondence to process in Y1: 2M correspondence items, increase email volume by +30% and developed innovative online portal for federal agency casework for 226K cases / Conceived and prototyped the White House Appointment Center to securely process campus guest information / Oversaw the White House response to and established government cyber security policy for the Heartbleed SSL vulnerability in 2014 / Implemented HTTPS by-default across all major Whitehouse.gov sites
